Look@Me allows you to remotely view another Look@Me or Timbuktu Pro users screen as they are working. This means you can collaborate on editing documents, going over presentations, reviewing graphics, or providing just-in-time training and support. With Look@Me you can view the screen of any user with Look@Me or Timbuktu Pro on either a Windows PC or a Macintosh. Look@Me is the ideal solution for support professionals who need to troubleshoot and fix problems for a remote user quickly and easily. Look@Me will expand your use of the Internet beyond web browsing and e-mail and show you the next level of Internet collaboration and communication.

What are the system requirements?
A network using TCP/IP (MacTCP or Open transport required), Macintosh II, LC (or other 68020), or higher required. 4MB RAM (6MB RAM recommended). Standard installation requires 3MB hard disk space.
How is Look@Me different than Timbuktu Pro?
Look@Me is only one feature of Timbuktu Pro, the ability to remotely observe another Look@Me or Timbuktu Pro users screen as they are working. Timbuktu Pro is a full featured Internet and Intranet collaboration tool. In addition to the Look@Me observe function, Timbuktu Pro combines both remote control and remote access in a single product. With Timbuktu Pro a user can collaborate with both control and observe features. Timbuktu Pro also contains flexible Internet and Intranet file transfer by allowing the user to send FlashNotes with an attached file or exchange files with any other user running Timbuktu Pro for networks, either Windows or Macintosh. Timbuktu Pro supports TCP/IP and IPX protocols, whereas Look@Me only supports the TCP/IP protocol. Timbuktu Pro ships with AppleTalk Remote Access software that allows you to connect to any ARA compatible server to gain access to the network and use Timbuktu Pro over the remote link. Timbuktu Pro has full featured security with registered user and password support. Timbuktu Pro has both personal and shared address books that store frequently used connections, while Look@Me only keeps a record of the last few connections.
